Job Description
Join us as an Early Talent Academic Partnership Manager
- You’ll create, own and implement the Early Talent Academic Partnership framework for the UK, building our relationships with key academic institutions so that we’re an employer they want to build long term partnerships with
- You’ll leverage your internal and external network to design and deliver an engagement strategy by working collaboratively with colleagues
- You’ll establish, coordinate and drive relationships, working with senior business leaders, and you'll have a real opportunity to add value and deliver lasting results in this role
What You'll Do
We know the importance of academic partnerships in the success of our Early Talent offering and it’ll be critical to your role to ensure that we’re partnering with the right academic institutions in the UK and are delivering on the agreed partnerships.
Day to day you’ll:
- Conduct research and provide market insights on Early Talent Partnership opportunities
- Build a strong internal and external profile through the development of Early Talent partnership relationships
- Influence senior leaders to develop partnership strategies for their business and partner with them and their teams to deliver these successfully
The Skills You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong stakeholder management and relationship skills coupled with experience of creating engagement strategies.
We’ll also look to you to bring:
- An understanding of the external Early Talent or Academic Institutions market
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to build trust and establish long lasting relationships
- Experience of collaborating with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders to deliver on the strategy
