This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Are you a highly motivated registered Highly Specialist Cardiac Physiologist or Highly specialist Healthcare scientist and have the drive, ambition and commitment to deliver the highest standards of patient care?

Sulis Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Somerset, has opportunities for Highly specialist cardiac physiologists with full BSE accreditation and echocardiography skills to join our cardiology team in the New Community Diagnostic Centre.

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to work flexibly as part of our hospital’s developing Community Diagnostic Centre providing the highest standards of professional care to patients and to make a positive contribution towards the team’s pursuit of excellence.

A friendly manner is essential as you will need to be able to communicate with patients and put them at ease during this vulnerable time along with high attention to detail to ensure your documentation is accurate.

You will be responsible for undertaking echocardiograms with full reporting, other non-invasive tests and be involved in the consumable and equipment care. The ability to work independently is essential.

Including some occasional weekend working

This role requires DBS clearance

If you have voluntary registration, BSE current accreditation and a demonstrable record of CPD with knowledge and experience of cardiac professional practice, then we would like to hear from you.
