Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially aware and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to lead the introduction and management of products on E-commerce platforms such as Amazon and on our own website. You must be confident to manage product data and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency. The E-commerce Coordinator will work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations and Warehouse teams to manage the product journey through the business out to an FBA warehouse or direct to consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Coordinate the introduction of new products and manage the current lines and discontinuation process for E-commerce products. This includes supporting in creating marketing collateral such as infographic, video and content writing.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team in managing the incoming purchase orders. Track the orders through the business to make sure we do not incur any late delivery fines.
Data Management:
Ensure product information is accurate and updated on the website, datasheets and e-commerce platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with marketing, ensuring seamless coordination for new product launches.
Partner with the marketing department to ensure up-to-date product information.
Work with production, planning and warehouse to make sure stock is delivered on time and in full.
Process Management:
Manage and refine processes for product introduction, ensuring all relevant teams are informed and engaged. Utilise “Right first time” Methodology.
Regularly review and update internal product management procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience working with E-commerce platforms such as Amazon essential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Marketing experience desirable on platforms such as Canva and Adobe.
Referred Skills:
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for product documentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Experience in coordinating across various departments to follow orders thorough the business, with the ability to manage an evolving process. To deliver against agree deadlines.
