To strengthen our Technology department in Fareham UK, we are looking for a:

Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

We're seeking experienced and talented electrical engineers. Our promise: we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into your job and support you every step of the way in our company.

What you will be responsible for:

• Be involved in electrical/controls projects within PD department, especially related to product design incl. relevant standards (CE, UL, Machine safety directive etc.)
• Work closely with manufacturing, QM, PLM / NPI functions
• Collaborate on and review technical documentation, requirements documents and specifications
• Specify and test electrical and electromechanical components
• Provide technical support and training for current and new products and innovations to various functions
• Help to develop core competencies and know how within the Technology function
  
  

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Good knowledge of electrical CAD systems (AutoCad). PLC programming skills are an advantage
• Fluent English language skills
• Good understanding of technical developments in the space of digitalization, IoT and application for RT products
• Strong technical skills
• Project management experience
• Hands-on mentality
• Creative and outside the box thinking
• Distinct problem-solving skills
• Readiness for travel
