Job Title: Senior / Principal Electronics Engineer

We are seeking an Electronic Engineer to develop advanced electronic platforms for defence and security applications. In this role, you will design solutions at the system level and execute detailed electronic designs to bring your concepts to life.

While the focus is on defence and security, you'll also have the opportunity to apply your expertise to sectors like healthcare and consumer electronics. We value cross-sector innovation and creative problem-solving.

• Software Defined Radio

• Develop innovative hardware architectures for high-end embedded applications.
• Design both analogue and digital circuits with a strong focus on embedded systems.
• Work with FPGA, high-end CPUs, SoCs, high-speed communication techniques, and DDRx memory.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to product release, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and US standards.
• Provide hands-on support to solve engineering challenges at the bench level.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.

✅ Proven experience in developing hardware architectures for embedded systems.
✅ Strong background in analogue and digital circuit design.
✅ Expertise in FPGA design, high-speed communication, and embedded processing.
✅ Experience with regulatory standards in the UK, EU, and US.
✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
