Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Quality Control Analyst to join our Chester based Global Operations organization. Responsible for the completion of our Test of Controls, the EMEA Quality Control Analyst will have a risk mindset with an eye for accuracy and process improvement to mitigate risk. They will be a confident communicator with the ability to share feedback with peers and, on occasions, with Line of Business managers. The EMEA Risk and Control organization is made up of a diverse range of people from varied backgrounds who each bring unique skillsets and perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- You will monitor and evaluate a range of Treasury processes.
- You will complete quality testing in line with our daily, weekly, and monthly routines.
- You will identify errors in line with the process tests.
- You will remediate errors based on existing procedures to mitigate risks for the Bank and its clients.
- You will provide structured feedback to the management team.
- You will provide supporting information to aid manager feedback.
- You will work with Business Management teams to implement any changes/enhancements to tests.

Skills that will help (optional):
- The ability to manage risk effectively will be advantageous.
- Treasury product knowledge would be an advantage.
- Client or customer service experience would be an advantage.
