Your Role as Emergency Mobile Responder
In this pivotal year, as an Emergency Mobile Responder you will assess and establish the nature of the emergency and provide the necessary support for the customer. At all times you must offer reassurance and make our customers as comfortable as possible.
Working from home you will be on call for the duration of your shift and attend emergency calls in the Calderdale area when directed by our Control Centre.
Full, paid, training will be given in all aspects of the role, including the moving and handing of customers who have fallen, performing risk assessments, First Aid and the use of all equipment.
Due to timed attendance targets applicants must reside in the geographical area of Calderdale.

This is a 0 hour contract. You will be asked to cover various shifts dependent on staff shortages.
Day Shifts are 06:00-18:00
Night Shifts are 18:00 – 06:00
Payment As An On-call Responder Is As Follows
£25.58 per standby shift
£18 per call out (up to 90 mins)
£12.65 per hour (should call go over 90 mins)
