Are you an experienced ER professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic rail industry environment? Our client is seeking dedicated Employee Relations Advisers to join their supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of ER issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management
- Provide hands-on support to managers throughout ER processes
- Analyse complex cases and ensure risk-free, efficient, and fair resolutions
- Collaborate with trade union representatives in a unionised environment
- Contribute to the implementation of a new case management system and processes
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of ER experience (paralegal background also considered)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in a unionised environment preferred but not essential
