Employee Relations Specialist (FTC)
Location: Head Office - Milton Keynes
Hours: 40 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract, working Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic salary of up to £37,000, depending on experience

The Role
We’re seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR team and provide specialist employee relations support to managers and colleagues across the business. It's an exciting time to join us on a 12 month FTC as we embed a best in class advisory service and add value through proactive projects to upskill our managers.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved in the full spectrum of ER casework, and work with a multi-skilled and supportive team. We ensure our service epitomises the Marshall culture & values, meets compliance requirements and supports business objectives.
This role reports to the Head of HR Operations and will be a hybrid working pattern with two days per week based from our Head Office in Milton Keynes. Due to the nature of our business, you may be required to work across our other business entities.
