Can you get into the office 4 days per week in Hertfordshire? If so......
My client is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of ER, you will play a key role working as part of a team of experienced ER professionals. This team is passionate about delivering a high-quality ER service.
- Advise managers on policy, HR best practices and legislation while managing a portfolio of 30 cases including complex ER cases.
- Partner with Managers, coaching on risk assessment
- Support senior management with case documentation and employment tribunal reports
- Deliver ER workshops
- Ad-hoc projects
You will need the following experience to be considered:-
- Currently operating as an ER Advisor or possess experience in the full spectrum of ER related matters
- Ability to demonstrate credible ER knowledge covering all elements of the employee life cycle.
- Qualified or working towards CIPD Level 3 or 5
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding of employment law
In return they offer a salary of £40-45k (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits including a bonus.
