We’re looking for someone who’s creative, confident, and eager to learn to join our Employer Brand. You’ll help us create great digital content and challenge some of the stereotypes about the insurance industry. Most people don’t know much about AXA, and we’re on a mission to change that - we want to show people that you can have all kinds of careers at AXA, from a graphic designer to a lawyer.
The Employer Brand and Community Engagement team look after our employer brand, colleague advocacy, volunteering, charity fundraising and engagement with young people in our communities. You’ll be joining an ambitious, growing team that pushes boundaries in an industry that’s not well-known for boundary-pushing (yet)!
You’ll be willing to learn how to apply employer brand guidelines to content, social media and communications. You’ll report to the Senior Employer Brand Manager, and work closely with other teams such as Brand, Social Media, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and the People and Culture team. You’ll also support our AXA Ambassadors programme, which encourages colleagues to be brand ambassadors.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Employer Brand and Propositions Mangers to capture exciting content to help us change the way people think about working in the insurance industry.
- Supporting AXA Ambassador programme by assisting the Senior Employer Brand Manager to grow the network and report on its success.
- Travelling to different AXA sites to meet different teams and capture content. Don’t worry — any work-related travel will be covered by expenses!
- Collaborating with the UK Brand Team, Internal Comms and other People and Culture teams to support internal events.
- Supporting event management internally and externally.
- Providing advice and guidance to other colleagues on using social media.

What you’ll bring:
- You’ll be a natural with social media platforms and other digital media, including TikTok.
- Experience creating and editing social media content (photo/video/short-form content).
- You’ll be a team player, always looking for ways to keep improving what we do.
- Good communication skills, confident working with colleagues of all levels and across generations.
- Highly organised with an ability to meet short deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Planner etc).
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
