We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our Employer Brand and Community Engagement team. You'll assist with content creation, analytics and reporting, and campaign management, contributing to AXA UK’s employer brand presence and social media strategy.
The Employer Brand and Community Engagement team look after our employer brand, colleague advocacy, volunteering, charity fundraising and engagement with young people in our communities. You’ll be joining an ambitious, growing team that pushes boundaries in an industry that’s not well-known for boundary-pushing (yet)!
You’ll have a passion for ensuring brand standards and be able to apply employer brand guidelines to content, social media and communications. Reporting into the Senior Employer Brand Manager, you’ll work closely with several internal teams such as Brand, social media, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Culture team. In addition, you’ll build relationships with our creative and media agencies, in addition to our suppliers such as Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn. You’ll also support our AXA Ambassadors programme, which encourages colleagues to be brand ambassadors. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Senior Employer Brand and Employer Brand Content Managers in delivering digital assets across a variety of channels and formats.
- Helping us change the way that people think about working in the insurance industry.
- Contributing to channel planning and executing content and formats for relevant social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Using data and reporting to provide insights on current activity and trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the AXA Ambassador programme by assisting the Senior Employer Brand Manager to grow the network and report on its success.
- Ensuring consistency by applying brand guidelines to all our content.
- Building clear and concise PowerPoint packs to convey information simply for non-technical business stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the UK Brand Team, Internal Comms and other People and Culture teams to support internal events.
- Supporting event management internally and externally.
- Providing advice and guidance to other colleagues on using social media.

What you’ll bring:
- Knowledge of content creation and social media marketing and how it’s used in a business environment is essential.
- Analytics and reporting skills are essential, however knowledge of Google Analytics is desirable.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels, with an ability to work to short deadlines.
- Clear communicator, with high levels of literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to craft attention-grabbing content with the channel and audience in mind.
- Interested and engaged with social media platforms and other digital media.
- Forward-thinking attitude, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience with paid social boosting, ideally on Meta and LinkedIn.
- You’ll be a team player with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
