Who We Are Looking For:

ConcentricLife is seeking an Engagement Strategy Director to join our London-based global team, who will be responsible for supporting the development of data-rich, behavior-shaping engagement solutions for our health and wellness clients. We are looking for a results-oriented team player who supports executing our engagement strategy deliverables; quickly sees patterns and solutions from an avalanche of data; moves from information and insights to implications and recommendations with ease; and is also prepared to roll up their sleeves and partner with our full strategy, account, creative, and production team talents.

The ideal candidate will utilise a diverse set of qualities, such as intellectual and creative curiosity, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, hypothesis generation and determination. You will know the media and technology landscape fluently – and are already predicting how this landscape will evolve in the health & wellness vertical. This person will be working with a team of talented individuals at ConcentricLife to help create prescriptive, actionable, and market changing engagement solutions for our clients.

You will help build and manage a team of talented strategists. Your team will guide our clients to shaping the data and intelligence gathering process, crafting engagement solutions, and defining the ambitions of these solutions internally and with our clients.

Reports to: Head of Strategy

What You Will Do:


  • Work as a part of an integrated strategy team to proactively propose engagement solutions to help clients achieve their goals by studying a client's business challenges; shaping their data- and intelligence- gathering architecture; and analysing their capacity to introduce viable solutions into the marketplace

  • Serve in client-facing capacity for omnichannel programming and content/channel integration

  • Contribute to data- and intelligence- gathering efforts (including 1st party data) that uncover opportunities, and pinpoint how these can be used to enhance the customer's overall experience with the brand

  • Ensure that engagement and content solutions developed by strategic planning, account, production, and creative teams are properly integrated within larger marketing programs

  • Collaborate with executional teams during the development of projects to ensure strategies are pulled through effectively during development and handoff

  • Contribute to the development of cross-channel measurement plans and KPIs and develop recommendations and approaches based on performance analytics

  • Contribute to the success in achieving digital, social, and innovation fluency across the agency as a whole

  • Partner with the broader strategy team to contribute to the development of pitches, proposals, strategies, and tactical programs that satisfy the business goals of our healthcare clients

  • Continually educate ConcentricLife and its clients on the vital role insights play to being critical to growth and success

  • Drive ideas from data to conceptual platforms to deployment that produce business results

  • Stay up to date on market trends, societal shifts, and strategic initiatives in health and wellness and across other key verticals, promoting innovation and acting as an ongoing advocate for alternative approaches

  • Participate in workshops to develop groundbreaking strategies and programs with clients

  • Support the development of CRM and omnichannel planning with support from brand/content strategy and analytics teams


  • What you Bring:


  • Extensive experience working in digital, CX, or engagement strategy at a creative agency

  • Experience in healthcare marketing, including for both HCP and consumer

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Expertise in media and technology channels

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally behind a strong strategic point of view

  • A drive to elevate thinking and the work

  • A curious mentality
