🔧Engineering at Oodle
Oodle has 3 engineering teams:
- Customer Experience owns the mobile apps that our customers use to manage their loans, as well as the web experience for onboarding and loan processing.
- Oobook is Oodle's most critical system: an in-house Java + microservices platform that manages the end-to-end loan lifecycle; including payments/direct-debits.
- Customer Management delivers a Salesforce-based platform that supports the highly complex workflows required by the operations and contact centre teams (e.g. when a customer initially goes in to arrears, or wants to hand their car back).
These are supported by a Platform Engineering team, a data team and an information security team.
