What You’ll Do
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Guide multiple cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software and AI solutions.
- Drive Technical Excellence: Shape technical strategy, promote engineering best practices, and champion DevOps culture.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster growth and high performance across your teams, supporting engineers at all levels.

- Innovate Relentlessly: Solve complex challenges with advanced analytics, data engineering, and AI.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in software development, with a strong web applications background.
- Hands-on expertise with Python (Flask/Django) and React.js.
- Advanced skills in data pipelining, schema design, and building robust ELT pipelines (dbt, Airflow).
- Proven leadership of engineering teams, with a passion for mentoring and professional development.
- Strong project management skills-able to juggle priorities and deliver multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture, cloud platforms, containerisation, and modern DevOps tools.
- A proactive, innovative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
