We are looking for an Engineering Survey Manager to join our Infrastructure team in A46 – Newark.
What you'll do:
- Support the Chief Engineering surveyor in co-ordination across all technical work streams, during each stage of a project from PQQ through to construction. Technical work streams may include but are not limited to; all engineering disciplines, design management, digital engineering, sustainability, engineering surveying, asset management and industrialisation specific to sector requirements.
- Lead on engineering surveying sector requirements.
- Ensure that their team have the correct training/knowledge in how to work safely.
- Share expert advice and guidance to the members of the engineering survey teams and other parts of the business related to engineering surveying and geospatial best practice.
- Provide a topographical survey in preparation for engineering works on site, setting out for the works, reports and measures and final survey information.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3 project team members +
- Leads on sector (Road, Energy, Rail, Buildings)
- Engineering surveying staff and recruitment of their direct reports.
- The production of forecast and reports of the survey equipment for the project/s.
- Share information for Board reports.
