Job Purpose
The Enterprise risk function (“ERM”) is responsible for administering the Enterprise risk management framework; this includes the support, oversight, and challenge of the 1st line in identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on risk.

You'll collaborate across the organization working directly with senior stakeholders, providing broad exposure and the opportunity to make a significant impact on how the ICE Derivatives Exchanges across Europe, Abu Dhabi and Singapore approaches risk.
This role will report into the Senior Risk Manager for ICE’s European Exchanges and support them in coordinating the delivery of the risk management programme.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the risk framework (Risk Register, Risk Appetite Metrics, Management Thresholds, Risk and Controls Self-Assessment and Emerging Risks) across entities.
- Contribute to risk identification on an ongoing basis, horizon scanning including maintaining industry awareness, best practice insights, regulatory and business developments.
- Take a leadership role in the scoping and delivery of Deep Dive Assessments and Scenario exercises across the entities.
- Manage the preparation of risk papers and present across the various governance fora.
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the 3 lines within ICE group.
- Act as a sounding board for the business on risk related matters, whilst providing appropriate challenge to first line function.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of risk training across the organization.
Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience within Risk Management / Compliance and/or Internal Audit is advantageous
- Experience and interest within financial markets
- Critical, creative thinker with an ability to see the bigger picture whilst working with detail
- Self-starter that’s able to work collaboratively as part of a team but also drive and organize delivery projects autonomously
