Meta is seeking a passionate Business Systems Analyst to lead Enterprise Support Solutions business process and tooling implementations. This position is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders and teams to design and launch scalable solutions that drive efficiencies and exceptional experiences. Leveraging IT operations knowledge, this role will lead changes to the Enterprise Support Solutions software development in partnership with Enterprise Engineering Products teams, enabling the transformation of Support solutions. The role will uncover impactful problems to solve through business analysis and partner with SMEs to assess and select the most impactful changes to lead.

Enterprise Support Solutions - Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders and cross-functional product development and data teams to understand business process and system needs, and support the implementation and delivery of digital products
• Conduct analysis to interpret high impact business needs and translate them into system requirements
• Subject matter expert in Enterprise Support Solutions system and tools ecosystem to enable continuous system improvements
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to enable delivery of business goals
• Use data to define success metrics for the projects, measure current state, and track achievement of results
• Monitor and analyze system fit for purpose
• and make recommendations for improvements
• Build a network of stakeholder relationships and partnerships to enable team to execute effectively to our project goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Assist with product adoption, internal product marketing, testing, review and feedback gathering
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and process maps
• Assist in the development of project plans, resource needs, risk/mitigations, stakeholder engagement and communications to effectively manage delivery of projects
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis roles within software/application development environment, digital product consulting or implementing digital products for internal business functions
• Demonstrated understanding of IT operations and processes
• Experience with business process mapping and analysis
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Demonstrated communication and information presentation skills across various audience
• Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems, utilizing data to assess business opportunities and narrow solution options
• Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity through clarification of assumptions and identification of risks
• Data driven, process & detail oriented
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis or related field (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
