🚀 The Recruitment Development Programme – Your 3-Phase Journey

Phase 1: Trainee Consultant – Build the Foundations

Start your journey by joining our 8-week Academy Programme, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of recruitment, the tech industry, and how to manage the candidate lifecycle.

• Learn how to source and assess top-tier candidates
• Understand our clients' hiring needs and business models
• Master recruitment tools, CRM systems, and best practices
• Begin building your own specialist candidate network

Phase 2: Associate Consultant – Own Your Desk

You’ll move into a 360-recruitment role, working with both clients and candidates while managing your own market.

• Begin building and developing client relationships
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Learn to negotiate, influence, and close high-value deals

Phase 3: Consultant – Grow Your Market

At this stage, you’ll begin to scale your desk and develop deeper market expertise. You’ll be trusted to drive revenue, build long-term partnerships, and play a strategic role in the business.

• Manage and grow a defined niche in Tech, Digital or Data
• Collaborate with senior consultants and team leads
• Contribute to mentoring junior team members
• Begin working towards promotion to Senior or Team Leader

What We’re Looking For

• A self-starter with drive, resilience, and a competitive spirit
• Exceptional communication skills to help influence and negotiate effectively.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
• A desire to build long-term relationships and make a lasting impact
• Fluency in another European language (e.g. German, Dutch, French) is a plus but not essential
