Epilepsy Specialist Nurse
Location: St Elizabeth’s Centre, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Salary: £49,450 – £55,577 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Nestled in 60 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, St Elizabeth’s is a specialist charity with over 120 years of experience supporting children, young people and adults with complex neurological conditions, including epilepsy. Our unique setting includes a School, College, residential services, day opportunities, and on-site healthcare and therapy teams.
Our vision is for every individual to Live Life to the Full, and we live by our values: aspirational, collaborative, joyful, and compassionate. Now, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Epilepsy Specialist Nurse to join our dedicated Health Agency team.
About the Role
As our new Epilepsy Specialist Nurse, you’ll be a key clinical lead and advocate for the individuals we support — helping to ensure they receive the highest quality epilepsy care, guidance and education throughout their journey at St Elizabeth’s.
You’ll collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, therapists, educators and support staff, using your expertise to develop, implement and evaluate personalised epilepsy care plans. You’ll also provide essential training and advice to colleagues across our care and education services.
We offer a variety of shift patterns to support work-life balance, including:
9:00am – 5:00pm, 7:00am – 2:30pm, and 1:45pm – 9:00pm, with some flexibility based on service needs.

About You
You’re an experienced, NMC-registered nurse with a specialist focus in epilepsy, passionate about improving lives through personalised, compassionate care. You’re a confident communicator, a natural educator, and a strong advocate for holistic, person-centred practice.
