Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EPMA Pharmacist located in Chertsey. The EPMA Pharmacist will be responsible for managing electronic prescribing and medication administration systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, collaborating with healthcare teams, and optimizing medication management processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Electronic Prescribing and Medication Administration systems
- Pharmacy practice and clinical knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication management
- Collaboration and communication skills with healthcare teams
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of NHS guidelines and regulations
- Clinical Pharmacy qualifications or certifications are a plus
