A leading US law firm is seeking an ESG Finance Associate to join its growing London office. The Role
This newly created role reflects growing client demand in the ESG and sustainability space. You will work closely with partners on transactions and advisory matters involving sustainability-linked finance, green bonds, and ESG-focused investment structures. Clients include private equity firms, corporates, sponsors, and lenders navigating the evolving landscape of ESG-related risks, regulatory frameworks, investor expectations, and disclosure obligations.
Requirements
- 2+ PQE with demonstrable ESG finance experience, including sustainability-linked lending, green bonds, or ESG-focused investment structures
- Proven experience advising private equity firms, corporates, sponsors, and lenders on ESG and climate-related legal and strategic issues
- Strong and consistent CV, with a clear focus on ESG finance and advisory work, supported by a strong academic background
