Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Estate Agent role located in Bristol. The Estate Agent will be responsible for customer service, property management, sales, and residential real estate. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, conducting viewings, negotiating sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Estate Agents and Sales skills
- Customer Service and Property Management experience
- Residential Real Estate knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g. real estate license)
