Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Estates/Acquisition Manager at mydentist. The Estates/Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the company's property assets, overseeing acquisitions, and ensuring a strategic approach to property management. Daily tasks include property evaluation, negotiating leases, analysing market trends, and managing property portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a strong and demonstrable track record of these skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, acquisitions, and real estate
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and property evaluation
- Project management skills
- Experience in healthcare or dental industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or related field
