Your mission:
The Service Organisation oversees the operations that enhance customers’ after-sales experience across a wide range of Epson products.
This Service Operations Manager is pivotal in driving financial management, operational planning, and repair process control within the European Service Organisation, ensuring streamlined and efficient service operations throughout the region.
As the control tower for the Service Europe Organisation, the finance and Service Operations Manager will be responsible for financial planning and performance analysis.
You will collaborate closely with country service teams to support performance improvements and enhance operational effectiveness in alignment with European KPIs.
*Start date for this role will be April 2025
