As our Events Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth event operations, working closely with multiple departments and team members to create successful, seamless events. Your focus will be on supporting a collaborative environment, where everyone works together to exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members across various departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure events run smoothly from setup to close down.
  • Coordinate with the creative events team, event personnel to ensure that event timings and expectations are met.
  • Work closely with both in-house and agency staff to ensure efficient teamwork, providing guidance and support to achieve the highest standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication among all event team members, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Deliver outstanding service during events, continuously working with your team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Address any issues or concerns by coordinating with other departments, ensuring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee event close down and work together with the team to prepare for the next event.
  • Ensure all team members follow checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards and consistency.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably within a fast-paced or high-profile environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with various departments and staff levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
  • Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, demonstrating problem-solving skills in a collaborative way.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedules.
