What role will you play?
As an Executive Assistant, you will play an essential role in keeping the team organised and operating effectively. You will provide the full spectrum of administrative and secretarial assistance, including calendar management, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination. You will also support the legal team with document management and signing procedures, assist with onboarding new starters, manage meeting bookings for internal and external stakeholders and help coordinate internal and external events as they arise.
What You Offer
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role within an international organisation, with banking experience being highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in working with senior-level colleagues across different offices
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, multi-task, and remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and being a team player
