The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support primarily to the CEO and in addition to the CFO. Also providing additional support such as, but not limited to, diary co-ordination to the Chair, Board and Governance Committees, with the support of other administrative staff.
Main duties:
Executive Support to CEO & CFO
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the CEO and CFO.
- Prepare, collate and circulate agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points as required.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for business trips.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of key reports
- Monitor track and report on clubs KPI.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Support project management initiatives and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment supporting senior executives.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing documents and managing records.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with document management systems.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and liaise effectively with board members, executives, and external partners.
- Prepared to work occasional evenings and weekends (with time off in lieu provided)
