The
Executive Assistant is a key member of the IT functions and provides an administrative support role with a heavy emphasis towards the need of an IT environment. In addition to fulfilling the role of the Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer, the individual will also support Senior Managers diaries and undertake other Administration duties.
The Role will require working closely with IT Finance Business Partner, raising and receipting of Purchase Orders.
There is also an on-going need for the Executive Assistant to assist with continual service improvement across the IT Department. There is a balance between supporting the team and challenging the status quo to bring about new ways of working.

Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate, manage and priorities CTO diary and inbox, answering or drafting responses or pulling together relevant material for response
- Manage the diary, process expenses and complete any ad-hoc tasks
- Minute taking
- Preparation of internal and external meeting materials including additional background information to support meetings with external members
- Assist with the processing of travel arrangements and expenses.
- PO Champion for all IT BAU procurement, order processing and approval mechanisms
- Assist TP&O team with IT Supplier Management.
- Ad-hoc administration/office duties for the team
- Administrative IT information, libraries and communication of IT services to the Pension Corporation partners and suppliers
- Organisation of IT team building, social and external events
