Knight Frank is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join our Residential Development department at 55 Baker Street.

Role
Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street the Executive Assistant will work within the Residential Development department, providing EA support to the Head of Residential Development and Head of London New Homes. The role is required as a right-hand person, supporting them with the smooth running of their day to day and lending help to the department as a whole. Confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for the Partners with colleagues across the business, Sub-Divisional Heads, Board members and the team.
- Extensive senior level support, to be a natural extension of the Partners day to day activities.
- Carrying out all EA duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner to reflect the brand and the department.
- Working exceptionally closely with both Partners so as to be in a position to anticipate their needs and be able to help prioritise requests for time and attention from all areas of the business.
- Proactive diary management, organising and minuting meetings, document production and travel arrangements – domestic and internationally.
- Preparation for meetings, ensuring that the Partners have all relevant documentation ready for pre-reading.
- Setting up appraisal meetings with direct reports; ensuring all documentation is complete before and after the appraisal.
- Preparation for relevant board meetings, including ensuring subsequent actions are dealt with. Making sure meetings are set up in a timely manner and papers are collated and sent out in plenty of time for the meeting.
- Reviewing Board papers, making sure minutes are reviewed and ensuring the Partners carry out their actions before the next meeting.
- Maintaining strong connections and partnerships throughout the organisation.
- Building trustworthy relationships among stakeholders, internal teams, and external contacts, and providing the Partners with any necessary business intelligence including feedback from departments.
- Proactively build rapport and nurturing an affective relationship with the EA network at Knight Frank.
- Providing support to the Senior EA, as well as the Project Marketing Service line where/when required.
Key Experience Required
- 5 years+ EA experience.
- Experience at board level with minute taking being essential.
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
