Location: Cell Press has editorial offices in the US (Cambridge MA), UK (Oxford and London), The Netherlands (Amsterdam) China (Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen) and India (Delhi and Chennai). There is a preference for an individual who is close to one of these office locations.
About our Team

About the Role
We are looking for a new Executive Editor to lead the Cell Press journal iScience. A fast-paced peer-review process, exceptional author service and the strong international reputation of Cell Press and Elsevier are many of the distinctive features that make iScience’ s character unique.
The Executive Editor is a leadership role with responsibility for all organizational aspects of the journal. This includes managing a global in-house editor team, who ensures the evaluation of submissions; formulating, developing, and implementing the journal strategy and editorial direction that ensures IScience remains topical, distinctive, impactful and innovative.
