In The Last Year As An Executive Personal Assistant In The Regulatory Leadership – Mental Health, Primary And Community Or Hospitals Team, You Might Have
- Organised a national stakeholder event, ensuring every detail, from invites to logistics, ran seamlessly.
- Coordinated briefing materials and diary planning for a high-profile inspection visit, enabling the Chief Inspector to focus on strategic priorities.
The role
You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll:
- Provide executive support: Manage diaries, emails, meetings, and travel for the Chief Inspectors, ensuring they’re always prepared and supported.
- Coordinate office operations: Keep things running smoothly by managing office systems, handling correspondence, and supporting team logistics.
- Act as a key liaison: Build strong relationships across CQC and with external partners, representing the Chief Inspectors with professionalism and care.

- Experience supporting senior leaders: You’ve worked closely with directors or executives, managing diaries, emails, and meetings with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills: You’ve handled multiple tasks at once, prioritised effectively, and kept things on track in a busy environment.
- Clear and confident communication: You’ve written and shared information clearly, including preparing briefings or presentations, and liaised with a range of stakeholders.
