We are seeking a reliable and experienced Installation Engineer with expertise in access control
systems, automatic doors, and mechanical locks. This is a hands-on role involving installation,
commissioning, and troubleshooting across a variety of commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities
Install and commission access control systems (e.g. Paxton, Hikvision, Intratone)
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automatic doors (sliding, swing)
Diagnose and resolve mechanical lock issues and door hardware problems
Conduct site surveys and plan installations
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards (e.g. BS EN16005)
Liaise professionally with clients to provide excellent service
Requirements:
Proven experience with access control, automatic doors, and mechanical locking systems
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with low-voltage wiring and system schematics
Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
Full UK driving licence
CSCS or ECS card (preferred)
ADSA certification (advantageous)
