Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Maths department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Implement Teaching and Learning Responsibilities (TLR) effectively.
• Mentor and support Maths teachers to enhance their professional development.
• Develop and oversee the Maths curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and student needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Maths department.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Significant experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
• Strong passion for Maths and commitment to student success.
