Experienced Occupational Therapist

We are recruiting Experienced Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Reablement Team at Wiltshire Council, situated in the vibrant city of Salisbury.

This position not only offers a dynamic blend of leadership responsibilities but also provides a platform for continuous skill development. The team is known for its supportive environment and commitment to professional and career growth, with regular monthly supervision, flexible working arrangements and support from our incredible Principal OT.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work proactively with individuals in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence after illness or hospital admission. In this role, you will have a mixed caseload with the autonomy to manage your own time and schedule.

The role offers:

• £43,454 - £45,536 per annum (inclusive of a 12.5% market supplement) plus yearly pay reviews and increment progression.

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of post-qualification experience and a passion for empowering others. A full UK driving licence is essential.
