The Vacancy

We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team in Hattersley, (SK14 3QU). This is a full time role on site, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office reception
  • Answering the phone/door/taking deliveries
  • Booking/organising meeting rooms on request
  • Conducting office inductions
  • Ordering office stationery and supplies
  • Opening/sorting and franking post
  • Conducting various PPM tasks (water monitoring, fire alarm testing, office inspections etc)
  • Organising office repairs/maintenance works
  • Various other office-related tasks


Person Specification:

  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Highly Organised
  • Versatile with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
