We currently have a great opportunity for a Residence Manager (FM) to join our team onsite at Byron House, Nottingham.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 08:00-18:00, Monday - Friday. The salary is £39,636 per annum.
This role will manage the day to day activities at the designated residences including delivery of soft services and ensuring adherence to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), whilst promoting a culture of customer service excellence within the team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are always achieved.

We are looking for you to already have experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a similar fast paced environment. You will also have knowledge and understanding of financial management and reporting, IT packages/databases, health and safety legislation, statutory H&S testing, and experience of long-term planning and overseeing day to day operations.
This is a varied and challenging role which requires excellent communication and organisational skills, decision making, flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads and resources, in order to meet deadlines and provide a great customer experience.
You will also be prepared to be on an on-call rota and work, with notice additional hours when needed, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends and flexibility to work outside of core hours to meet members of the night Team on occasion.
