Facilities Support Manager

Here at Potens, we are currently looking for a Facilities Support Manager to

Support the Estates function on behalf of the Potens Group, to ensure both internal and external maintenance tasks, are fulfilled.

Support the compliance function with all statutory and regulatory requirements, providing efficient and effective planning, administrative and technical support as required.

Project support direction from conception to handover.

National travel and site visits are required. Interfacing with all business operational leads to establish direct pathways to achieve work parameters.

Who you are:

• Experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Team player and has successfully led maintenance programs of work previously both within internal parameters and wider PM delivery.
• Trade Discipline Qualified
• Experience of health and safety and compliance in a previous role to achieve great outcomes. Previous experience essential within maintenance desired previous management experience to manage this large and growing property.

Desirable:

• Educated to A-level or degree.
• Trade Qualifications – Joinery-Plumbing
• Previous Care industry experience
• Facilities membership MIWFM
• NEBOSH -ISOH
