As a
Field Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in driving in-store excellence and ensuring that Beiersdorf’s brands are prominently displayed and effectively marketed. By focusing on execution, KPI delivery, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to the overall success of the company and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
The role covers the Bristol area.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Your Tasks
In-Store Execution
- Implement and maintain off-shelf displays to increase product visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
- Ensure that all merchandising aligns with Beiersdorf’s standards and ‘The Perfect Store’ principles.
KPI Delivery
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to in-store execution and merchandising.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes.
Reporting and Communication
- Regularly report in-store findings and performance metrics to various stakeholders, including Regional Field Operations Managers and National Account Managers.
- Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness and suggest improvements based on observations and data analysis.
Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nivea, Elastoplast, and Eucerin, promoting the core values and image of Beiersdorf.
- Foster strong relationships with store personnel and key contacts to facilitate collaboration and support for merchandising initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay updated on best practices in retail merchandising and execution.
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and customers to refine merchandising strategies and enhance overall store performance.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is preferred or a Graduate with a retail background.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Beiersdorf’s brands and their market positioning.
- You must hold a valid UK driving Licence.
