WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Install and commission new Videojet solutions
- Maintain and Service Videojet’s customers base of Videojet equipment
- Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service

- Ideally based in West London/Reading/Slough/High Wycombe area, and flexible to drive widely across a large territory, with occasional overnight stays away from home
- Highly customer focused with great communication skills and a proactive approach to spot and recommend improvements that positively impact customers
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Field service experience in an electronic/mechanical/electrical/engineering industry.
- Experience on Inkjet, CIJ, Label Print & Apply, Large Character Marker and laser coding would be a plus but not essential.
- Engineering experience in the coding and marking industry, hands-on mechanical and/or electrical with equipment installation and maintenance experience (industrial production environments may be advantageous)
