Field Service Supervisor – Telecommunications
About The Role
We’re looking for a driven, customer-obsessed Field Service Supervisor to lead our team of Field Service Engineers. You’ll be their first point of contact, a hands-on leader who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and solving problems.
In this role, you'll take ownership of all field operations in your area—including onboarding, training, stock and van management, health and safety compliance, KPI performance, and reporting. Your ability to coach, motivate, and lead from the front will be key to helping your team exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for your team of Field Service Engineers
- Lead, support, and develop engineers to consistently deliver 5-star customer service
- Resolve escalated customer connectivity issues with professionalism and care
- Ensure your team adheres to health, safety, and quality standards
- Take ownership of your region’s field operations, including:
- Onboarding and training new engineers
- Managing stock, vehicle use, and engineer schedules
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Overseeing daily fault reports and ensuring swift resolution
- Driving improvements through process standardisation and continuous feedback
- Cover engineer absence when needed to maintain service levels
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar field service role within broadband, telecoms, or a related ISP environment
- Strong technical understanding of fibre, networking, Wi-Fi, and in-home connectivity
- Great leadership skills—you know how to bring out the best in others
- Solid knowledge of health and safety and relevant industry regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary And Benefits
- Salary: up to £36k plus car allowance
