Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a "Final Document Coordinator" in Bristol - UK. The Final Document Coordinator will be responsible for document management, communication, project coordination, quality assurance, and customer service on a day-to-day basis. The candidate will work on nuclear power plants proects such as Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C.
This involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet contractual and regulatory requirements for project documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Management
- Compile, verify, and approve final documentation packages (e.g., Final Data Books, traceability dossiers).
- Ensure all documents meet EDF Energy’s quality standards and comply with UK nuclear regulatory requirements.
Supplier and Partner Coordination
- Work with suppliers to ensure submission of required documentation per contractual obligations.
- Review and validate received documents, following up on corrective actions if necessary.
Project Support
- Maintain up-to-date records in document management systems, ensuring full traceability.
- Generate progress reports for internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation status.
Regulatory Compliance
- Guarantee adherence to all contractual and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors or regulatory bodies during inspections or reviews.
Qualifications
- Document Management and Quality Assurance skills - at least 5 years of experience
- Strong work experience in the Nuclear sector
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and nuclear regulatory requirements.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Project Coordination
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
