Could you be our new Finance Analyst, Global FP&A Governance & Innovation ? Are you?
- A part qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in finance?
- Proficient in accounting processes (trial balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) and able to reconcile items in the P&L and Balance Sheet such as inter-company transactions?
- Conversant in budgeting and planning process/models?
- Highly proficient in Excel (advanced functions), Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting?
- Passionate in technology and the use of technology within Finance?
- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills?
- Detail orientated with a passion for quality?
Your New Role
- Support other Senior Finance Partners in planning and analysis
- Support the process improvement and optimization initiatives by contributing to the enhancement and streamlining of planning and forecasting processes.
- To ensure inter-company plan/forecast are properly reconciled and eliminated.
- Track and analyse headcount and vacancies to support staffing decisions.
- Work with HR and other subsidiaries to report accurate headcount/vacancy numbers
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new financial system and tools (EPM and ERP).
- Administer FP&A systems and processes, ensuring efficient functionality.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring data is accurately loaded into the EPM systems.
- Act as a "power user" for FP&A technology, providing support to the Finance Business Partners and the broader Finance team in using tools like EPM, Power Query and Power BI effectively.
- Support the Manager of Global Governance & Innovation in providing in-depth financial analysis to support senior management in decision-making processes.
