Role to cover our Chepstow, South Kirkby and Appleton sites.
You will:
- Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Create invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across the company.
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial and management reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
- Support the development of standardised reports and ways of working.
You bring:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Excel skills essential
- AAT Level 3 preferable
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Experience in a finance role (advantageous).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- A desire to learn and continuously improve your performance.
