Finance Business Partner - Hatfield, Hertfordshire

About the Role
This excellent new Finance Business Partner role will be responsible for:
- Owning and managing the month-end process and variance analysis
- Preparing insightful monthly board packs
- Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and contribute to long term planning
- Working closely with your stakeholders to help and support decision making
- Explaining monthly performance - "telling the story behind the numbers"
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects working with stakeholders across the business
Qualification and Required Skills:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Finance Business Partner with 3-4 yrs PQE
- Experience managing month end variance analysis and providing insightful commentary
- Monthly management reporting; including kpi's and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; relationship building
- Strong excel skills and ability to manage large data sets
On Offer:
A salary of circa £75,000-78,000 plus bonus and benefits and hybrid working.
