About the role:
As a Finance Business Partner within our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in consolidating and controlling financial results for presentation to senior stakeholders, including the executive committee and board. This position is at the heart of our month-end and planning processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality reports whilst maintaining robust financial controls.
Your work will include reviewing and validating results and reports provided by other teams, partnering across various teams, and collaborating with external stakeholders such as the reward and change teams. You’ll analyse cost bases and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring that insights drive better business decisions.
This role is both operational and strategic, offering a unique opportunity to balance business-as-usual reporting tasks with forward-thinking initiatives aimed at improving processes and uncovering new insights. About you:

You’ll be self-motivated, with a curious mindset that drives you to question existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
