Finance Business Partner

The ONE Group are excited to be working with a culture driven manufacturing business to find their new Finance Business Partner. This role is a true business partner position in a hybrid role with a highly competitive salary, bonus and market-leading benefits. The hybrid option within this business is a key benefit as you'll only need to be in the office 1-3 days per week depending on your location.

If you don't enjoy month end but relish stakeholder engagement, challenging the status quo and getting to grips with a complex but highly engaging business that rewards achievement. You’ll spend your day supporting with business strategy, value drivers, external changes, and opportunities, as well as proving analysis for all aspects related to revenue.

Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing or agriculture. As Finance Business Partner you'll need to have strong communication skills and enjoy speaking with stakeholders at all levels.

Some UK travel is a key part of this role but only every 6 months or so for meetings. You don't have to be fully qualified in finance to be considered for this position although this would be beneficial.
