Finance Business Partner

Working directly alongside the Divisional Finance Director, you will take joint responsibility of the business finance function and digital development aligned to the businesses strategic goals. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Divisional Finance Director, Senior Management and key business stakeholders including multiple non finance departments providing commercial finance support, business partnering, FP&A, systems and process development exceeding customer expectations through prompt decisions, flexible processes and regular review of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior management by gathering information on specific business areas, capably presenting results
• Produce capital business plans
• Manage investment process including capex reporting, planning, procurement and asset control
• ROI analysis and customer rates analysis presented to sales for new agreement
• Creation of strategic business plans to align with and achieve business goals
• Drive revenue through sales directives, initiatives including real time reporting and automation
• Business partnering across various business stakeholders, challenging and advising where necessary
• Production of key financial statements including P&L, BS, Cashflow and Forecasts
• Drive annual budgeting process and ensure alignment to strategic goals and objectives
• Detailed analysis and investigation of key financial areas balancing cash generation, PBIT and ROCE
• Credit management and review of sales ledger debt balances and customer risk levels
• Managing business risk with internal audits to review individual elements of the business

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
