Finance Business Readiness and Change Manager
6-month contract: 3 days on site London.
SystemsAccountants have partnered with a leading international payments provider undergoing a major transformation. Now about 2.5 years into their change journey, they have successfully implemented Fusion Cloud EPRM in the UK. The next phase focuses on Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Europe, with a targeted rollout set for August.
Key responsibilities:
- Roll the sleeves up approach to deliver change management activities across the transformation. Working with finance and business stakeholders ensuring the highest level of business readiness plans to achieve BAU.
- Deliver all internal and external Communications alongside the transformation
- Conduct business readiness and adapt change plans where needed
- Development of training plans and training materials, ensuring alignment of all activities
- Supporting business process transformation by collaborating with teams to document updated process models in BPMN 2.0 and assisting users in developing new Standard Operating Procedures.
- Engage with Hypercare support to maximise post go live adoption
