Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Management

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Assess the financial impact of projects to optimize company performance and liquidity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Regulatory & Financial Compliance

• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with international standards.
• Oversee audits, tax compliance, and regulatory obligations.

Risk & Financial Governance

• Implement strong financial controls to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
• Provide guidance on project financing, incentives, and subsidies within the renewable sector.

Capital Management & Funding

• Ensure compliance with debt structures, including asset-backed securities and project financing.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational success.

Team Leadership & Operational Development

• Lead a small finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Support business process improvements across investment and financial operations.
• Identify and introduce new financial tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.

Stakeholder Relations

• Serve as the primary finance contact for investors, lenders, auditors, and external partners.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong corporate finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Expertise in financial technology and process automation.
• Hands-on approach with a keen eye for operational detail.
• Strong knowledge of debt structures and financial instruments.
• Proven leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with external partners and stakeholders.
